Though he never pulled the trigger, people’s lives were ruined by some of the things Michael needed to do in order to get his brother out of prison. The show constantly illustrated the moral war being waged inside Michael’s head, and this was fascinating to me as a viewer. He refused to murder anyone, and always found a way around hurting others. I loved Michael Scofield the most, as he always tried to do the right thing, and was nearly always loyal and honorable. No character should ever be perceived to be perfect and always good. The characters were difficult to love, which is very real to life. I was captivated the entire time I was watching and I thought the show had its fair share of plot twists, which I love.
From a story buff’s perspective, I thought that this show did an excellent job. I thought that Prison Break was a complex and intense show. Scofield must make connections on the prison block that will aid him in his escape, but enemies are sure to make slow work of Michael’s plans. Burrows is on death row, and scheduled for execution within the month. Michael is convinced that his brother, Lincoln Burrows, is innocent of the crime for which he was committed, which was the murder of the vice president’s brother. Prison Break follows a man, Michael Scofield, on his mission to break his brother out of prison. So, in good nature, I have decided to give my fairly unbiased opinions about a television show that was first featured in 2005 and I first watched in 2012 called Prison Break. The sequence in which Scofield reframes Jacob, aka 'Poseidon' (Mark Feuerstein), was also precisely crafted, though rather silly.I am finding it hard to remove myself cold turkey from the act of reviewing media that I come in contact with. The bad outweighs the good but, to note a few positives, T-Bag's first time meeting with his son was touching and showed that the franchise's regular antagonist did have a heart after all. It's hard to justify its purpose, other than to give all our heroes a happy ending. This short season saw the return of complicated plot lines and twists, throwing fuel on an already extinguished fire. Season Four, though not perfect, managed to tie up most of the loose ups and gave the fans a thrilling two part finale and much needed closure, Therefore, Season Five was ultimately unnecessary. The likes of Burrows, Sara, C-Note and T-Bag all return to bring Michael back home and unravel yet another conspiracy. It is revealed that he is very much alive and locked up in a Yemen prison, having been sent there by an alias known as 'Poseidon'. Season Five is set seven years on from Scofield's heroic death in 'The Final Break'.

Spoiler warning, obviously, and to quote Captain Brad Bellick, played by Wade Williams, "You got a problem with that? Because if you do, please feel free to drop it in my suggestion box." However, there were more than a few moments that had viewers gripping their hair in frustration, due to the complicated and unfinished plotlines as well as off screen issues over the course of the seasons. The franchise kept us gripped to the edge of our seats as we watched our heroes attempting to evade discovery and death. A sixth season was announced as being in early development in January 2018, but was later retracted.
